How the Program Works
The Bold Asking® program is customized for each client. We work with you collaboratively to develop the training program best suited for your needs and the fundraising experiences of your board, CEO and staff.
For Board Members, Executive Leaders and Physicians (for our health care clients):
The Bold Asking® training program explores their rightful roles, values and gratitude in the organization’s philanthropy. Workshops, small group training and one-on-one coaching are designed to enhance the participants’ comfort, confidence and effectiveness and, ultimately, their partnership in major gift fundraising and transformational philanthropy.
For Development Staff:
The Bold Asking® program focuses on skills and competency development, portfolio management and pipeline development, steps to donor engagement and donor conversations at various levels, specifics on closing gifts and building effective partnerships in donor engagement with leadership, volunteers and board members. Staff coaching small group and/or one-on-one coaching are based on identified and agreed upon benchmarks.
